In the Organic Series FAQ you will find information about the brand, products, orders, payments and delivery.
In the Organic Series store you will find skin care products for all types of facial skin and many body care products. We offer products for cleansing the skin, exfoliating the epidermis, toning, creams, serums, mousses, boosters and hair products. You can find them on the Organic Series website in many ways. To do so, you can select the appropriate category with the type of product as well as select the product intended for a given type of skin.
We have been consciously eliminating ingredients of animal origin for many years, whenever possible. Out of 78 products, only 4 are not fully vegan because of the content of lactobionic acid or beeswax. However, shortly some of these products will also be changed into vegan versions.
Organic Series cosmetics have safe compositions and are suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people with a history of oncology issues.
The ingredient that we advise against using due to hormonal changes during pregnancy is mandelic acid.
Organic Series cosmetics are not tested on animals. Their production takes place in Poland, and in the European Union it is completely forbidden to test cosmetics on animals. Therefore, despite our presence on many markets around the world, we do not test our cosmetics on animals.
Organic Series cosmetics may differ slightly in consistency, colour or fragrance. This is due to the fact that natural raw materials may have a different formula, consistency or colour. However, this phenomenon does not have any effect on the properties of the Organic Series products.
Ordering, payments and delivery
We offer online payments via PayPal, credit card (ClearPay and Stripe) and a direct bank transfer.
We offer £2.99 courier delivery.
The shipping to UK Mainland for orders over £30 is free.
The order fulfillment time, i.e. the preparation and packing of your package, is up to 48 hours from the moment the payment is confirmed. Plus the time of transport by courier.
You can replace or return products bought in the online store within 14 days of receiving your order. However, the product must be intact, in the condition in which it was shipped, in the company’s packaging, with accessories, samples and order documents. Return by post or courier 14 days.
Firstly, pack it carefully so that it does not damage during transport, preferably in the original box.
Secondly, fill in the return form and give the account number to which the refund is to be made (when paying by bank transfer).

Please note: the customer covers the costs of sending the products back to Organic Series.
After your shipment is received, we check the return.
If it complies with the terms of return, we will return the money to you in the same way as you paid for it or issue a voucher.
